Partner Quote API — Error Codes

When a quote cannot be returned, the API responds with status, error_code, and message. The quote object is not included on error responses. Optional root-level reports_ran may be present when the outcome is known.

For authentication failures (invalid or missing API key), the API may return a bare ErrorMessageResponse with only a message field and HTTP 403.

`application_not_exist`	400	The application was not found.
`missing_driver_info`	400	Required driver information is missing.
`age_not_eligible`	400	A driver does not meet age eligibility requirements.
`eligible_vehicle_not_found`	400	No eligible vehicle was found for the quote.
`ineligible_vehicle`	400	A vehicle does not meet eligibility requirements.
`driver_identity_unverified`	403	Driver identity could not be verified.
`riskpos_block`	403	The risk profile is blocked.
`fr_tier_block`	403	The financial responsibility tier is blocked.
`carfax_block`	403	The vehicle history check resulted in a block.
`driver_license_invalid`	403	A driver does not have a valid driver license.
`driver_license_type_invalid`	403	A driver license type is not accepted.
`driver_accident_history_more_than_threshold`	403	Driver accident history exceeds the allowed threshold.
`driver_violation_history_more_than_threshold`	403	Driver violation history exceeds the allowed threshold.

`duplicate_driver_license`	403	The same driver license appears more than once on the application.
`bi_points_exceeded`	403	Bodily injury points exceed the allowed threshold.
`invalid_claim`	403	A claim on the application is invalid.
`no_eligible_vehicle`	403	No vehicle on the application is eligible for a quote.
`too_many_aaf_claims`	403	Too many at-fault accident claims.
`too_many_naf_claims`	403	Too many not-at-fault accident claims.
`quote_not_available`	403	A quote is not available for this application.
`quote_suppressed_by_cms`	403	The CMS score is below the minimum required to generate a quote.
`high_risk_profile`	403	The risk profile is too high to offer a quote.
`too_many_requests`	429	Too many quote attempts in a short period.
`risk_check_timeout`	500	A third-party risk check timed out.
`risk_check_error`	500	A third-party risk check failed.
`quote_failed`	500	The rating engine could not produce a quote.
`server_error`	500	An unexpected server error occurred.
